Security

The University provides a team of trained Security Officers, led by the Head of Security and his Deputy. The Security staff undertake a number of duties, working shifts to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Security section operates to ensure a safe and secure crime-free environment within the University community, through the provision of a proactive and vigilant security team.

Responsibilities include CCTV and alarm surveillance, visible patrolling, investigative processes and the provision of security advice throughout the University.
